I just finished the Detox (Full Body Detox). It was pretty good. I did use the bathroom on the regular which was good. My skin cleared just a little, but it's pretty much the same so I guess it didn't really help for that although a lot of people said they skin cleared and got brighter. I guess I will try just the 10 Day Supreme Blood Cleanse next, maybe that will work. We will see! *

The Full Body Detox worked great. It was hard at first but within 4 days I was okay. I had a lot of energy and I felt good. I lost 15 pounds in 21 days. *

Wow talk about weight loss. I followed the health regiment and manage to lose 8 pounds in 2 weeks ( it help that my job requires frequent power walks). In addition to weight loss, i felt much lighter and more disciplined. i would it to my friends but moreover to those prone to eatng lots of junk food. *

Hello Dherbs Family, I just stop by to say I brought the FBD in March, 2010 and I finished it around April 13,2010. I noticed a difference in my skin, body and face. I would advise anyone to do this cleanse more than once a year. I planned to use this detox at least 3x's a year. I also stopped eating meat,and drinking,or using dairy products. First of all...my skin has never been more clear since I was a child. It felt smooth and soft and I just couldnt get over this. Now I never weighed myself so I am not sure of the amount of weight I lost however my clothing is very loose. I was very shocked at how my appetite curbed all on its own. I was concerned I would be hungry all the time. I had to actually make myself eat. I am going to make eating raw foods a major part of my diet for the rest of my life....who knew. *

I am in the middle of your Full Body Detox and my husband and I are sharing the capsules. We will complete the detox with the Liquid Full Body Detox because the capsules have been too strong for us.
