I have started the Full Body Cleanse only 1 week ago and have already lost 7 1/2 pounds. I have better quality of sleep and feel more energized. I'm on my 4th day of the Full Body Cleanse and have lost 6 lbs YAY! I'm very happy with my progress. The FBC is fun and easy. I don't have to be hungry even though I'm eating only raw foods. I'm also happy I don't have to count calories and pulling my hair out figuring all that out. This is simple, clean and quick! For the past year I've been on all sorts of diets...This regimen is the ONLY one that works. I have done the weight loss regimen before with extraordinarily results.
