The Full Body Cleanse helped me get a jump start on laying the ground work to living a healthier life. It was not easy for me in the beginning because I do admit I had an unhealthy lifestyle with my food choices and lack of exercise but this gave me he motivation to both eat healthier and start exercising and now I am on the Full Body Cleanse fo the second time and I feel great. *

After first trying the 10 day Full Body Cleanse, I waited and went for the 20 day full cleanse to get the full experience. I am honestly I’m a big snacker and this really tamed my appetite. I have gained weight leading me to wanting to try something to help with my soda and sweet addiction and this really does the trick. I look at cookies and Reese’s cup and don’t want it, although at times my mind says differently. The Full Body Cleanse works and I will do it again.
