I loved the Full Body Cleanse. It is a great product. I lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks!!! It works if you work it.....as in follow the plan mentioned in the book! It is hard, but it is so worth it. Will power! I would highly recommend this product to anyone that is trying to lost 10 to 30 pounds because it really works. YOU HAVE TO COMMIT!! *

Using the Full Body Cleanse made it easy to focus on timing meals along with the supplement of the product. I was never hungry and it was easier than I thought it would be. You have to take the supplements 6 times a day and if you eat a small meal at the same time it keeps you from getting hungry. I was able to lose 15# without exercising. My next goal is to repeat the cleanse and incorporate exercise to see if I can lose more than the previous 15#. It's the best I have ever felt. *
