Very easy to swallow and not harsh on the stomach. I did not loose any weight or inches but I do feel I cleansed my body. *

Only lost about 8 lbs and I followed strict diet - did not cheat. Energy level did not improve. However, my skin was radiant and elasticity improved. *

I have to say that I wasn't hungry for the amount of time that I took the Full Body Cleanse, but I couldn't leave my house! You have to stay close to a bathroom. I didn't finish taking it because life happens and kept me away from home. It wasn't realistic for me. I live in a very small town. I was very limited on vegetables and fruits. I guess that all sounds like an excuse for failing but all true. I'm sure it works for most , just not for me *

Program was pretty easy. Just didn’t have a lot of weight loss. *

I gave this cleanse a 3 stars because too many pills to take daily and recipes are not as easy as the site makes it seem. Some of them not very tasty and then you already spent your money on the items. I feel it worked somewhat because i did see a difference in my bathroom use. *

The Full Body Cleanse was descent. Didn't lose as much weight as I expected. *

I did lose weight but I lost most of it in the first week. Since then I have just been doing the 10 day cleanse there’s no need to do 20 as I lost very little weight the second and third weeks. *

I willingly say perhaps I didnt give it enough chance, but I hung in there for 10 days. It's far too many pills for me take in one day. *

Not a bad product. I like that the Full Body Cleanse focuses on the major organs. *
