The Full Body Cleanse is wonderful for losing weight and feeling healthier overall. I was able to see results in the first week. It did take a minute to get use to all of the supplements to take daily but I never went hungry and was able to feel the energy from my body and see the toxins being released as well. This is my number one cleanse system that I choose to use and highly recommend. *

Doing the Full Body Cleanse was a good thing for me. I have some health issues and this helped me lose a total of twenty five pounds. I noticed some water weight loss as well. I also had less pain in my legs and my joints. A raw food diet was something new and interesting. I am doing it a second time because after the first one I know it will work. I hope that because the weather will soon be turning warm that I will be able to carry it into the summer time witch should be easier to keep the weight off. *

My husband and I started the Full Body Cleanse 11 days ago. I already lost 6lbs and so did my husband! Excited! It's been kinda of hard for my husband because he is a true meat eater! But he's coming along! It's o.k. with me! As long as I'm having guacamole and salads, which I love, I'm good! If you can get through the weekend, you good! I prepare our meals in advance, drink a lot of water, and have lot of will power and motivation! We are doing fine. Can't wait until the March 19,2014 which will be our 20th day to see how I loose in total! Great product! *

I completed the Full Body Cleanse just 1 week ago, and although I didn't lose anything more than 5-10lbs, I've noticed a major change in my energy level and overall outlook on eating healthy. This cleanse (amongst others I have used) changed my eating habits and motivated me to continue on my journey to not only losing weight, but living a healthy lifestyle. I heard so much about the Full Body Cleanse on the Steve Harvey show, I finally gave in and started the cleanse on 3/6/14. I thought it was a perfect time to start since I was giving up carbs and sweets too trying to lose a few pounds. This cleanse took away my craving for sweets, but could it make me drop the pounds too? YES, it did. I was always a room temperature water person and drink plenty of it. I don't go to the gym much, but I do walk about a mile 5 days a week. On day one I lost 3lbs, that motivated me to keep going. At the end of the cleanse, I jumped on the scale and......14lbs gone, and a few inches too. YES!!! I'm still eating fruits, veggies, and nuts not because I have to, but because I want to. Junk is not appealing anymore. I can say no. (And I'm a...was a junk food junky). I plan to keep up the maintenance with the Liquid Body Cleanse. You heard the pro's, now a few con's. I didn't like the charcoal I had to drink before bed, I did it a few days, but could not continue. I ran out of formula #6 a day before the other formulas. The last day I still had 5 pills left from formula #4. Other then these minor things, I would recommend the Full Body Cleanse to anyone trying to be more healthy, and lose a few pounds doing so. Thank you. *
