I was able to loose 12 lbs. My goal is to loose 32. I will continue to cut sugar and carbs. Those are my weakness. I need a regiment that I can stick to. Discipline on daily basis. I seem to stay on track with the initial program, but once completed, slowly go back to old habits. Thank you *

After doing the Full Body Cleanse, I went back for an MRI and the doctors couldn't find the spots on my brain. I didn't tell them what I did and it really puzzled them. I was first challenged to do the Full Body Cleanse about 10 years ago, from my spinning instructor. She said, I’m warning you it’s no joke, but the difficult part was just sticking to raw fruits and vegetables for the entire cleanse. And that’s just a matter of planning more than discipline.
