Great weight loss success! Went from size 16 to 14, I was determined to stick with the Full Body Cleanse, 1st week was adjusting to no coffee in the morning which was my normal routine. However, I was determined which made all my usual eating habits not as hard to give up or change. The 20 days actually went faster than I anticipated. My skin tone changed due to my increased water intake, my blood pressure went down, I had more energy and I loved the weight loss compliments. This is one of the best full Body Cleanse, it was easy to use and I love the way you feel I never felt sick like the book said that you might feel weak never did never had a headache 20 days sound long but once you got with the program everything fell in place. Following the directions is the key. Staying focused and mentally strong. Dherbs does it again with the Full Body Cleanse. This is my fourth cleanse and each time I drop 15-20 pounds. Each time I get better with choosing more foods that follow the cleanse. I really enjoy the challenge each time. *

Product is true to it's name. I started the Full Body Cleanse on a Monday and 20 days later I was 18 pounds lighter. The fat around my stomach, waste and latissimus dorsi had went down drastically. I cannot tell you how much inches I lost around my waste but I could tell that it had shrunk considerably. My skin was also smoother, not sure if it was due to the amount of water I was drinking but I am sure it was a combination of both the detox and the water. My energy level also went up. The first three days was the hardest (trying to eat all raw fruits and vegetables) but after the three days, it became much easier. I would say to make sure you purchase and prepare your food early. Waiting until you are hungry would mean that you would want to eat outside of the recommended foods. Other than that I had great success. I am getting ready for my boyfriends 50th birthday celebration in September. I am doing the detox again because it worked so well last time.
