I did the 10-day cleanse while recovering from surgery. I didn't exercise and lost 7 lbs. Then my husband and I did the 20-day Full Body Cleanse and followed the eating plan exactly. Although I didn't do the recommended exercise, I walked 3 days a week and lost 15 lbs, while my husband lost 18 lbs. I felt much better, and my feet were no longer swollen as they were prior to the cleanse - I know it was because of the Cardiovascular regimen. I will be buying those next. I like the Full Body Cleanse very much because I never felt hungry and it is not hard on your system where you are feeling weak.
