Reviews: Full Body Cleanse

The Full Body Cleanse was actually very helpful in teaching me how to eat right foods and the importance of maintaining a healthy gut. I felt full from the daily regiment, so I didn't eat foods I normally would eat. I stuck with smoothies, salads and vegetables. I lost 13 pounds. Wish I had lost more but it was hard for me living in the South to find foods that was I could eat and be happy with without becoming a vegetarian. I like my fish, chicken and some meats. I have begun to eat plant base foods but I'm not all the way in yet. I wouldn't do the cleanse again until I get my mind focused. Thank- you for the herbs. I do miss the pills and the benefits of taking them. *

I was waiting to start my second program before I send in a rating, I like when I give a review that others know that it is honest, it was a learning curve on my first attempt I like the food choices very much, it was not difficult for me to eat raw or not eat meat cause I rarely do. I felt very comfortable in my clothes and knew that I had dropped a couple of pounds. I have not started the second Full Body Cleanse as yet, but this time around I want to lose about 20 to 30 pounds. I still continue to eat raw and clean and will do so for a very long time. I personally loved the Full Body Cleanse, however every time I turned around it was time for the next dose. Luckily, the pill carrying case was included made it easier on the go. *

As a cleanse, the Full Body Cleanse worked constantly and wonderfully. I didn't really lose weight as I hoped to, BUT I felt much more balanced and in control of how I felt. I felt great. It is a lot of capsules to add to an already supplemented diet, but well worth it. *

This is a good cleanse. And not to take anything away from it but there are a lot of pills to take. But once you get used to it the Full Body Cleanse really works. If you stick to the plan. *
