I’m very pleased. I plan to do a FBC 2 or 3 times a year. My doctors encouraged me to loose weight and stated herbal supplements were fine for me to take. I’m 5’6in and I started out at 186lbs, I’m now 171lbs without working out. My goal is 155lbs. I’m positive I would have lost more if I would have done my normal exercise and not have a piece of banana nut bread one week and (2) jalapeño poppers another week. It’s not that I was tempted, I did it because I could and wanted to see just how much it would effect the cleanse. If the outcome was not to my satisfaction, I was willing to start fresh without compromising my diet. So I decided to continue using the menu and exercise to loose more. I have seizures, migraines, rheumatoid, osteoarthritis, asthma and thyroid issues and I have to admit. The first 4 days was a little hard since I wasn’t use to taking that many pills along with my other medication (it was more psychological) along with daily headaches and loose stools. I stuck with it and soon the headaches stopped completely and I was feeling pretty good! I’ll look at supplements for maintenance. Thank you Dherbs!!! *
