Thank you Dherbs! This cleanse literally rebooted my entire system. I noticed during this pandemic my consumption of sugar was off the charts. Along with menopause it definitely added stubborn weight that refused to leave and made it difficult to practice yoga as it’s mostly body weight moves and my body was heavy!
