I lost 20lbs with the Full Body Cleanse. You really have to stick to the eating plan to maintain the weight loss and allow the product to be effective. The first 3 days were tough. It got easier by the day. I love a good challenge and it felt good to challenge myself everyday to do this. I feel better and my friends, family, and colleagues have noticed the results. I have referred three people and they have done this plan because of my weight loss. *

The Full Body Cleanse worked well for me. However, I did not use the Activated Charcoal because it was too messy and I would have preferred that it was in capsule form. I was able to lose 11 pounds and I am working on keeping it off now that i have more energy. I feel better and my skin looks so much healthier. *

I had been looking for a cleanse to assist me in healing my body. When I came across the Full Body Cleanse and read the reviews, I knew this would be a good one. I was tired maybe the first two days (I figured as much so I started on Saturday so I could sleep in Sunday) but by day 3 I felt great! My energy was up, I slept through the night, when I woke I was not tired like usual. I literally felt lighter I am not a big woman by any means but I did lose almost 8 pounds. The diet is definitely something to get used to but gets easier as the days go on. I plan to go on another cleanse at the beginning of the year. I would recommend this cleanse to ANYONE! *

I did the 20 day Full Body Cleanse. I found this to be the most effective and as easy as could be. I was never hungry, because I ate raw fruits and vegetables with no limits. I no longer had urges to eat late at night. My energy level went way up, my sleep quality improved, and I lost some weight as well. I would do this cleanse again if the cost was not so much. Two years ago, preparing for surgery and pregnancy I needed to quit smoking. The 20 Day Full Body Cleanse helped me tremendously. I have not had a cigarette since then.
