I recently completed the 20 day Full Body Cleanse and I feel great. I have much more energy than before. I have done the Cleanse numerous times in the past and try to do it at least once per year preferably during the summer months when fruits and veggies taste more like fruits and veggies in my area. I was not trying to loose weight but simply trying to cleanse my body of toxins. I lost approximately 10 pounds during the cleanse. I definitely would recommend the cleanse. I like it because it allows you to still eat food although it must be uncooked fruits and veggies. *

I just finished week two of the Full Body Cleanse from day one I had more energy but during week two I lost it because I used a lot of energy helping someone move so the beginning of week two I was very tired put I would recommend the product because I can see the changes my skin looks good as well. I do wish that the meal book came with the cleanse but it don't so I recommend getting it. *
