It was a practice in patience and will power which is the real everlasting benefit of the Full Body Cleanse. 20 days in that long if you plan your meals and eat on schedule. I lost 15 lbs but I now know I can loose more if I choose to. *

I was extremely optimistic about his cleanse. I was training for a 545 mile bike ride and needed some help on the inside of my body. I found this cleanse and got it started. Was very tough- there were some points when I would fantasize about pizza and junk food. Come day 20, I felt accomplished.
