Be disciplined to the Full Body Cleanse and the process and then enjoy the benefits of your diligence. I tried the product after hearing about it on the Steve Harvey morning show, and I'll be honest - was a huge skeptic. However, after seeing a picture of myself after attending a work event and looking like I was expecting was horrific - and I'm a man! I read all the instructions, went a little overboard on the diet - I juiced for two weeks and then remained vegan for another month. After the initial 20 days I had lost 22lbs and lost another 8lbs the following few weeks - with no exercise or change in activities other than diet.
