Many Thanks Dherbs: I have been on your Full Body Cleanse,for fourteen days, and will complet the program in 7 more days. I was extremely overweight at 350 lbs. I now weight 320 lbs. Anytime I get weak and want to eat the junk I ate to become overweight, I revert back to your "Dherbs articles" to remind me of where I came from. I know I have a long way to go, I am making great decisions thru out my life. I am now going to get a colonic and continue on this program for life. I'm about 15 days into my Full Body Cleanse and have lost 10 pounds and feel great. My biggest problem is snacking - carbs (crunchy / salty) and sweets. This really does help curb the cravings for both of those and instead crave the taste of fresh raw fruit and vegetables. *

Last year after giving birth to my daughter I was able to use this product and the Full Body Cleanse really helped with reducing my weight. At first it was very hard taking so many pills and eating healthy. But once you get used to it and actively taking the pills it becomes easier. Due to life busy plans I have gain weight and plans on using this gain to get me back on track. *

This product is wonderful. My husband and I completed the Full Body Cleanse detox together. I lost 17 pounds and he lost 11.
