I loved the cleanse. It gave me so much mental clarity I lost 27 pounds but the bigger effect for me was the mental and physical clarity. It was hard but worth it. I found myself remembering more, being happier and more upbeat. My skin cleared, my natural aroma even changed. I am ordering my next round right now after doing it a year ago, I'm going to try to do some light cardio this time and I am going to follow up with the 20-day weight management cleanse this time hopefully I can get 40-50 off in 2 months! *
