I try to do the Full Body Cleanse at least once a year. There are a lot of pills you have to take and keep up with, so if you're disciplined and can put yourself not only on a regimented schedule, but also change your eating habits to only eat raw, this will be great for you. It took me a few days to get into the flow, but I felt great and lost weight after the 21 days. *

The Full Body Cleanse was difficult to stay on the required time schedule when I was at work. I also expected to loose more weight than I did. It was ok. *

The full body detox does work. I lost 15 pounds and feel better than before. I have acid reflux disease and was nervous because lots of the raw vegetables I couldn't eat due to the acid. Well I found the raw foods such as watermelon, cantaloupe and etc that didn't bother me. Now I ready to order the maintenance plan. Love and trust this product. *

I just completed the Full Body Cleanse. It definitely changed my eating habits permanently. It's rough to eat nothing but raw foods for 20 days but definitely worth it. I've adapted a lot of the practices I put in use during the cleanse AFTER my cleanse was over. I dropped a total of 5 pounds but it looks like more was lost in inches when I look at my before and after pictures. I took the 20day Full Body cleanse as recommended so I can take the Uterus cleanse (which is my main focus). If all the herbs would have been in my package I would have given 5stars. The Full Body cleanse did not disappoint in any other area. I would definitely recommend and definitely take it again in the future.
