I thought I would have issues with taking so many pills. It was actually quite easy with the pill container that came with the kit and the pills were quite easy to swallow. Maat-Hotep, In using this product, the FBD, I found it to be extremely mild on my body, unlike other detox programs I have done in the past. It took some effort to get use to the vegetables but after a while it was fine. I feel much better and have more energy. I had hoped it would have helped with the ringing in my ear which has been going nonstop for a year now. But that has not happened, hopefully in the near future.
