Maat-Hotep, In using this product, the FBD, I found it to be extremely mild on my body, unlike other detox programs I have done in the past. It took some effort to get use to the vegetables but after a while it was fine. I feel much better and have more energy. I had hoped it would have helped with the ringing in my ear which has been going nonstop for a year now. But that has not happened, hopefully in the near future.
