Reviews: Full Body Cleanse

One thing that I noticed was that I had little to no trouble falling asleep and when I woke up in the morning I was not tired. I am a teacher so I had to set an alarm to remind me to take my pills. I am going to try the 10 day version of the Full Body Cleanse when we get out of school this summer to ease my way back into the full body again. *

Full Body Cleanse is an excellent cleanse. My only issue is swallowing 30 pills per day. I feel mush more energized and discovered how much raw foods I could actually consume. I would recommend this cleanse. This program changed my life. I didn't realize how bad my eating regimen was until I started eating the raw food. I feel great and a sense of accomplishment. It was hard taking pills every day but well worth it. I plan to keep it up. *

Where do I start, I just finished the Full body cleanse and there is good and disappointments. I started this cleanse hoping to lose weight so I followed every step to the book. On day one I weighed 140 and on day 20 I weighed 140. I don't see how that happened because all I ate was fruits and raw vegetables (some juiced) for 20 days as the guidelines in the book indicated. I did however, gain the ability to be regular, something I have been struggling with for sometime. I finally sleep through the night and I get up rested. I really do feel that my insides have been cleansed. While I am very disappointed I haven't lost a pound I will try another Full Body Cleanse in a couple months because it really makes me feel better. For the time being I have ordered the maintenance package today so I won't fall back into old habits. Maybe that packing will allow me to lose the weight. *

The Full Body Cleanse was a lot of work, but it cleaned my system out! *

Better job with charcoal distribution and maybe a larger box for pill separation.. *

Full Body Cleanse works as promised. The first few days were quite challenging. By day 5 I hit my groove and did much better. Plan to do this cleanse again in the future. I am going on the weight release cleanse next. My energy level was amazing. How about having the best sleep in recent years. I will definitely recommend this product to others. Thanks Dherbs. *

I loved the way the herbs cleaned my system on a daily basis. The cleansing was very smooth and painless. I didn't mind taking all of the pills because it helped me with my water intake, however the evening drink was not my cup of tea. The weight loss was ok, would have been better if I had followed the "no heating food" rules. Finding plant based foods was difficult. If I do the Full Body Cleanse again I will be better prepared. *

When I first started the Full Body Cleanse, it was very challenging for me because of the diet aspect. After a few days I was able to settle into a routine and accepted the discipline. I ended up loosing 10 lbs throughout the process and I felt the difference in my energy and clarity. However, I was still hoping to overcome some health challenges like the itching skin that I've developed a year before. I thought the cleanse would have solved that problem. I'm still confident and I'll try the cleanse in a few months again. *

When I first received the Full Body Cleanse product, I was not sure I would be able to do it especially eating raw foods. I started the program and it was fairly easy to take the pills at the designated times. Unfortunately, I could not stay with the carbon charcoal powder drink. I am not sure if this affected my progress or not. I did complete the full 20 days and I lost 10 pounds. It has helped me to eat healthier and I did not have the sugar cravings like I did before I started the cleanse. I would recommend this cleanse to anyone wanting to establish a healthier eating lifestyle and wanting to lose weight in the process. *
