I had a wonderful experience using the Full Body Cleanse. I was trying to expel some bad habits I "had" and decided the best way was to shock my body is by doing the FBD. There were no headaches and no side effects. I slept like a baby at night, ate constantly, lost 6 lbs and had an over abundance of energy during the day. I had never felt better.
