Just almost completed my first 20 day Full Body Cleanse. I'm stating almost because my package was missing my last day of pills 4 out of 6 bottles. I took the 20day Full Body cleanse as recommended so I can take the Uterus cleanse (which is my main focus). If all the herbs would have been in my package I would have given 5stars. I just completed this cleanse. It definitely changed my eating habits permanently. It's rough to eat nothing but raw foods for 20 days but definitely worth it. I've adapted a lot of the practices I put in use during the cleanse AFTER my cleanse was over. I dropped a total of 5 pounds but it looks like more was lost in inches when I look at my before and after pictures.
