The Full Body Cleanse was the first thing I tried and I just say it work well. The reason I can't say it was the best is simple. I know for a fact you have to do the diet as well as exercise. Which I stuck to off and on. More off then on and yet I still lose a little weight and felt better over all. I have now continued to work on my diet and exercise. My diet is pretty much began now I still eat some chips or snacks from time to time. But I do highly recommend the Full Body Cleanse. Just make sure to be prepared for a lifestyle change. The cleanse does work but you also have to be willing to go the extra mile to get the full benefits. *

I have tried the Full Body Cleanse twice and lost maybe 5-7 lbs. Not bad but not what I expected. *

I ACTUALLY LASTED THE WHOLE 20 DAYS. THE PRODUCT TAKES A LOT OF SELF CONTROL AND DETERMINATION BUT THE RESULTS ARE AMAZING. IN THE 20-DAYS THAT I FOLLOWED THE PROGRAM I LOST 20 POUNDS AND MY BLOOD SUGARS NUMBERS WERE GREAT. I DID ONLY EAT RAW VEGETABLES AND FRUITS BUT IT IS NOT AS BAD AS IT SOUNDS IF YOU ARE PREPARED. I WILL PROBABLY TRY THE FULL BODY CLEANSE AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE RESULTS. I DID NOT GIVE A 5 STAR BECAUSE IT IS A STRUGGLE TO FOLLOW THE PROGRAM AND IS VERY EASY FOR SOMEONE TO GIVE UP ON. *

The product does give you a Full Body Cleanse and was very effective. I didn't loose as much weight as I expected to but did drop about 3-5 lbs. Would purchase again and follow the regiment more strictly. I felt lighter and more energetic after completing the cleanse. My stomach bloat and extra water weight was reduced. Good product, this was my 3rd time using it. I try to do the cleanse 2x a year. *

I lost 14 pounds the first week! I think I slept better because I was up early and ready to go in the mornings! The only thing that was hard was eating raw fruits and veggies every day but it was worth it. I did give-in to meats a couple time and i felt very sluggish afterwards. I am happy i made this purchase. *

Excellent, I lost 17 lbs. and cheated by adding salad toppings and only did the cleanse for 18 days. I also started a new habit of juicing which is part of my morning regimen and ensures that I get lots of fruits and veggies daily. The only downside is that my body craved meat and I had very low energy even though I took all of the supplements. I am thinking of doing the Full Body Cleanse again, but will most likely do a 7 or 10 day vs. the 20 day. *

I liked the Full Body Cleanse very much. While I did not lose a lot of weight, I did lose some. This however is not a knock on the product as I am not and have never really been overweight. My concern was more focused on cleansing the colon. Overall I liked the product and would use again. *
