I try to do the full body cleanse at least once a year. There are a lot of pills you have to take and keep up with, so if you're disciplined and can put yourself not only on a regimented schedule, but also change your eating habits to only eat raw, this will be great for you. It took me a few days to get into the flow, but I felt great and lost weight after the 21 days. *

This was a great product for me. I didn't lose a ton of weight with it, but I did feel better and could tell that my body had been cleansed of a lot of junk, which was my primary goal in using it. I did not follow the diet as prescribed, but I am okay with that. I work with a nutritionist and follow the guidelines we've worked through. I realize following the diet recommended here likely could have resulted in greater loss, but I'd rather lose slowly and eating in a way that is sustainable long term versus a quick fix approach. Regardless, that has little to do with the Full Body Cleanse product itself - just insight that if you don't couple it with the recommended diet, don't go into it with expectation to lose a dramatic amount of weight. This product did for me what I expected it to do with cleansing my system, so I'd use it again and recommend it to others. *

This is my second time using the full body cleanse. First time I was a few years younger and it worked great. This time around, I didn't see the results I was expecting, as it pertains to weight lost. However, I will say that I do feel better internally!! I'll be sure to go at again in a few months. I did the program around this time last year and it was not easy just eating raw vegetables and just fruits but it was worth it. My energy was up and I lost over twenty pounds. I'm ready for round 2 because I didn't continue with the healthy eating like I was suppose to. Wish me luck! *

Hey everyone please use Dherbs it does wonderful things to the body. I lost 15lbs with this product. I didn't think I would lose weight at all because I've tried every weight loss product. The Full Body Cleanse is a great product. I tried for the 20 days. The cleanse is all of what they say. I lost about 15 pounds while on the cleanse and also my mind and body was on point. I recommend this product. Going to try it again before the Holidays. *
