Staying on the fresh veg and fruit diet for 20 days was tough. Felt much better after completing cleanse than before starting. Staying on track taking supplements was a little difficult, but so worth it. Had much more energy after cleanse. Would recommend. Plan to do it again *

The Full Body Cleanse is an Excellent product - I lost 14 pounds during the cleanse. Initially I was concerned that it might be difficult to follow but after a few days I found my focus and it was easier to be mindful of what I was eating - I also had some concerns about the level of energy I might have - this was not a problem - I felt energized each day and mentally alert - I think my only more challenging problem during this full body cleanse was making salad dressings that I enjoyed - prior to doing the full body cleanse I enjoyed green salads with lots of additional items and with Lots of salad dressing - and usually two that did not appear to go together like a blue cheese and a french dressing. It was difficult for me at first to find recipes that I could make that I enjoyed. My challenge is to do more exploring and locate recipes for salad dressings that I enjoy. I plan to do the full body cleanse again - I still have about 18 pounds to go to reach my ideal body weight. *

Great cleanse! I feel great. No more coffee or sugar cravings. I lost inches, but not weight. Ready to start the weight release cleanse and hope I can release at least 10lbs. But the full body cleanse is a wonderful challenge and great for your health. It felt as if my body was releasing a lot of held waste. I had several movements a day, even on a mostly juice diet. *

I used this product and I think it did what it was supposed to do? I did not have weight loss but I did adjust my eating habits concluding the cleanse. In truth, I was not a full believer- so I am trying it one more time. I think with my changed lifestyle- I will see an better result. The only con- I hate all the pills...difficult to do at work and I can't find the liquid option anymore. I'll let you all know what this cleanse will do for me! *
