The Full Body Cleanse improved my skin clarity and color (it glows again). Before the detox I would have shortness of breath climbing my stairs, now that is all gone. I feel more energetic. I'm a very slender person and my body only lost the weight it was suppose to, leaving me looking youthful and aglow (in my late fifties). The detox just totally rejuvenated my body. I tried the Full Body Cleanse and I was very pleased with it. I didn't follow it exactly as directed, however I still managed to feel exactly as it explained that I would. It was very difficult at fist because I was so hungry and I craved the foods I normally ate, especially vanilla ice cream, however after a week, I felt much more at ease, and my sister noticed that I was losing weight, not to mention that I looked better. I no longer had that "tired" look. It has been by far the most effective detox that I have ever tried, and I've tried a few others. They didn't deliver as promised but the Full Body Cleanse did.
