The Full Body Cleanse was very effective don't know how much weight I loss but my cloths got very loose. The diet was hard to follow because I travel a lot food became a tad more expensive than expected. Overall great product. *

First off I just want to say the Full Body Cleanse does work! Now I want to write a real review on it because I feel like people do sugar coat this whole process of the cleanse. IT IS HARD!!! Don't get it wrong it is very hard!!! You really have to stick to eating only fruits and veggies ONLY!!! And it can be expense for those who don't know what it is to eat healthy for 20 days. It takes a lot of dedication, physical, and mental strength to get through just the first couple of days. I suggest you really look into it before deciding to do this. Research recipes and make a plan, write down what you will eat day by day and meal prep so you don't get off track too. I was able to drop 15lbs in just my first 10 days so I really loved it but it took a lot of work and dedication for sure. *

The Full Body Cleanse is a definite must have. I loved my results and I will be doing this cleanse at least twice a year. More energy, more sleep, clearer mind!!!! *

I lost 9lbs in the first week and 2 lbs in the second. The diet is difficult for someone like me and because I wasn't expecting it, I won't offer a 5-star rating. Perhaps the diet did the work more than the product. :) It took some adjusting, but it was successful. It gave me a Head start to eating healthier. Yes, the Full Body Cleanse did everything it was supposed to do. I was disappointed on the last 3 days to discover I had missing pills from 3 of my bottles. It wasn't worth calling or notifying anyone due to the time it took to ship. *

I just completed two full body cleanses and lost 10 pounds from taking the product and eating raw. When I first started taking a few the product a few years ago, I was over 225 pounds. I now weigh 165 pounds so I don't think I am going to lose much more, but would like to reach 155 pounds. I am going to try one more cleanse to reach my goal. The product makes me feel great inside.
