The Full Body Cleanse works great if you follow the directions. The first three days were my biggest challenge, but the instructions made it easy to follow. I noticed a major change in my skin and mind clarity. My energy levels have also improved. I weighed myself at the beginning and at the end of the cleanse - starting at 217 lbs. and ending at 199 lbs. My goal is 190 lbs - I’m getting there! I would advise that you plan your meals in advance. The cleanse has helped me transition to an 80% vegan diet. Each person is different and will have their own journey.
