When I first got the Full Body Cleanse, I was a little skeptical because you can't always believe what you hear. Trying the 20 day program was amazing. The first couple of days were hard, but I stuck with it and got my routine together. I felt better and looked better. My skin was glowing, and I even lost 15lbs without following everything perfectly. I ate the right way, but even had a cheat moment and still did well. I used the Full Body Cleanse last month. I can't say I followed it to the letter, but it was extremely effective in helping me improve my overall health. I feel great. I lost 10 lbs so far on the Full Body Cleanse! I can definitely tell it's getting the impurities out of my body, and my energy and mental clarity have improved too! It is a lot of pills to take and I'm perfectly okay in taking them, knowing that it's helping get my body back to optimal performance. Make sure to drink plenty of water and water-based fruits.
