The Full Body Cleanse does work. However, the capsules taste HORRIBLE! And they're WAY too big!! It's almost a choke to take these things. You have to take these pills almost every two hours, starting at 7am until 7pm. And even though, I did lose some pounds (from 246 pounds down to 214 pounds). I couldn't wait until the 20 days was up! In addition, you are VERY limited with the things you can eat and drink. I HIGHLY recommend, that you make the pills smaller, better tasting and with less frequency! *

1st off this is a great jump start to anyone wanting to change their diet but I think the hype about all the weight loss is not that great! My wife and I both completed the cleanse! I lost 12 lbs but I work out daily and she lost 7lbs. I assume we had our expectations way to high. For me the pills are not my favorite taking 600 pills in 20 days sucks. I don't think they really did anything for us but the Activated charcoal and the raw fruit and salads everyday is what helps you actually lose the weight on top of working out but that's common sense. I have recommended this to friends who are bigger than I am and need to get off their butts so we will see for them it may be better experience! *

The product didn't meet my expectations of weight loss nor cleansing my colon. No matter how much water I drank, I still remained constipated. Also while working a full time job and starting a business, it was very daunting taking all those capsules at the right times, I felt exhausted and looked forward to being finished with it. The one thing I appreciate about doing the cleanse is it started me on a wonderful journey of eating raw. I am very thankful for that. *
