I am 5'6 and my starting weight before the Full Body Cleanse was 252 lbs. 20 days later, I weighed 230 lbs. The pros: the cleanse made me feel energetic, I slept well at night, woke up feeling rested, and of course, the weight loss. The cons: I had to pee a lot, taking 5 pills every 2-3 hours 6 times a day. I didn't like drinking the activated charcoal every night. The cleanse made my underarms break out like a bad sunburn, but I read it was getting rid of impurities. Overall, the product helped cleanse my body. You have to stay committed to the program and drink lots of water. *

This is one of the best cleanses I've ever tried. I'm only on Day 3 and I feel amazing. The day before I started the Full Body Cleanse my sinuses were bothering me tremendously.
