I thought I would have issues with taking so many pills. It was actually quite easy with the pill container that came with the kit and the pills were quite easy to swallow. This is the second time ordering the Full Body Cleanse. The first time I sent it back because I was not ready to commit to regimine. I have to be honest, it was tough the first couple of days of the raw diet but after I fugured out what I could eat I soon realized it was a variety of raw diet recipes I could use to keep me focus on detoxing my body. It's been about a month since I've finished the Full Body Cleanse and I really feel the difference. Along with exercise and the 21 day detox I lost 12 pounds and I felt really good. I recommend this product because I noticed that I was eliminating 2-3 times a day as I should and I just had a feeling of renewed health. The only problem I had was I felt that my diet didn't have enough variety and after the first week I was going a little crazy trying to figure out what to eat and not eat.
