It's been about a month since I've finished the Full Body Cleanse and I really feel the difference. Along with exercise and the 21 day detox I lost 12 pounds and I felt really good. I recommend this product because I noticed that I was eliminating 2-3 times a day as I should and I just had a feeling of renewed health. The only problem I had was I felt that my diet didn't have enough variety and after the first week I was going a little crazy trying to figure out what to eat and not eat. I am now looking to try the Total Woman Cleanse. *

I'm currently taking the Full Body Cleanse. I must say I did not get the big jolt of energy like some stated. However I did notice some major changes in my body for the better. I have had issues with my throat. It constantly stayed sore. I've been to the doctor and they can't seem to explain what the problem is. since I've started the Full Body Cleanse my throat as not bothered me at all. *

I really enjoyed the Full Body Cleanse. The book help me a lot with the inside joke of taking some many pills at once. I stuck to the diet and lost 13 pounds in three weeks. I would love for my entire family to try it but it is a little expensive.I give it a five for the product itself overall with price four stars. I would recommend and repurchase. *

I have completed the Full Body Cleanse and I am impressed with the results. Although, I ate some cooked foods during the detox, I still feel better and I've lost several inches (I don't weigh myself). I look forward to trying some other products. I hope to make detoxing a regular part of my life. *

The Full Body Cleanse did what it said. It was a little tough taking all the pills. I had trouble taking them at the right time on the weekend but I lost about 20 pounds total. I could really feel the movement of my body getting rid of unwanted waste. I had extra energy and I felt great *
