I read a lot about this product before I purchased it. I decided to go for it for my health. So I received the Full Body Cleanse and started taking them. It is working very well for me. I have lost some weight but I really feel so much better. I have more energy. My goal is 10K steps a day and ride my Peloton for at least 30 minutes a few times a week. I am doing pretty well with the exercise but I don't want to overdo it. The pills are easy to swallow. What sets this product well above others is the support you receive.
