I read a lot about this product before I purchased it. I decided to go for it for my health. So I received the Full Body Cleanse and started taking them. It is working very well for me. I have lost some weight but I really feel so much better. I have more energy. My goal is 10K steps a day and ride my Peloton for at least 30 minutes a few times a week. I am doing pretty well with the exercise but I don't want to overdo it. The pills are easy to swallow. What sets this product well above others is the support you receive. Plenty of recipes, blogs and the customer service is excellent. *
