I did the full body cleanse for 20 days, I truly believe I should have lost more weight than I did because I was very disciplined in following the direction of the cleanse. I lost 14 Lb. I am going to try the weight release for 20 days. *

Outside of it being a lot of capsules, it was great. I noticed inches melting off & I felt great. My water intake sky rocketed & I was more mindful of how I ate & when I ate as well as what I ate. If there is a liquid/dropper form of this I would be interested as after the first 8 days I was gagging taking the pills.
