I was given a clean bill of health and told to take a multi vitamin. I decided to try the Hair Skin Nails, my hair and nails improved. Although, my hair is not as thick as it was previously, it is definitely healthier. I am re-ordering and also going to try MSM Sulfur. I remember my mom telling stories of how her mother mixed up a sulfur and something to put on their hair as kids to make it grow. Let's hope the MSM Sulfur has the same effect! *

However in the last three weeks of using this product I have noticed that my skin looks smoother, my nails grow very quickly and look healthier, and my hair has thickened.
