These vitamins really grows my nails. I am prone to breakage due to a health condition. It took about 30 days after I saw any results. Some products you have to wait awhile to get into your system to take affect. Hair growth is a different story. I haven't seen too much progress with my hair growth. That's the reason I only give 4 stars. *

It seemed as the product was working, my nails had grown stronger. Unfortunately I went on vacation and left my bottle at the hotel. I have never reordered again, so for that the reason I can't give it 5 stars. *

I like the product very much. I would prefer they give more than 100 since you have to take 3. I would still recommend the product for anyone it's very good. *

Currently I'm giving it 4 stars...not necessary because I saw a difference in my hair and nails, but because I have seen a difference in my skin and because this body of mine has arthritis I noticed it helps with some of the soreness and stiffness I felt. I use it at night before bed because this is when the body is at rest and has a chance to heal from the day it's had. *
