I think the Joints Aid Tea is a great product. It helps move the joints more freely. Since I have arthritis, I use it as an anti-inflammatory agent. I don't need over the counter pills with this product. I highly recommend the use of this product. I strongly suggest to utilize the joints aid tea along with the joint aid pills for better results. *
