Started having aches and pain in knees since I am getting older. My prior injuries are starting to combine with age, especially when its about to rain or gets humid. I had been taking other products but still in a lot of pain and waking up stiff. I tried The Joint Aid Formula and after 3 days I noticed I was hoping right up walking without that stiff feeling. I still feel popping but will continue to take for sure. *

I have noticed some relief in my knees. It takes between 1-2 hours to feel the effect of it. *
