I honestly couldn't tell a difference. With all natural products it can sometimes take awhile. But, I can say this is the 1st and only product that I've ordered from this company where I couldn't tell a difference in about a week. I buy several products on a monthly basis from this site and will continue to do so. This particular one was not for me though. *

I am taking this product to hopefully improve my creatinine level. I have been taking it now for a month and a week. My 1st repeat bloodwork is scheduled in 3 days from now, then there will be another in November, with the final check and follow up appointment in December. In addition to modifying my diet, I have faithfully taken this product as prescribed. I hope to have an opportunity to update this review. I'm truly full of positive expectations! *

After taking this (Kidneys-Bladder and Adrenal) for 1 to 2 weeks, I can feel improvement. The acupuncture point which corresponds to the kidney used to be very sensitive and sore to the touch but now I can massage the point without hurting. This to me proves that my kidneys are slowly but surely being strengthened. On a side note, I used to suffer from period cramps. Amazingly my cramps disappeared after taking this product. I did a search online and realize that the cramps could be due to kidney weakness. Thank you so much! *

This product is good in addition to drinking lots of alkaline water and cranberry juice :-) *

With the multivitamin, colon cleanse, electric greens, and kidney/adrenal blend, I have had lots of energy! I take the multivitamin and colon cleanse in the morning. I take the electric greens at lunch. I take the kidney/adrenal blend at night (along with some other specific vitamins that my body needs). *

It was excellent it worked exactly as it was suppose to . * I will be buying this again *
