If you do not have the time or the patience for a full 20 body cleanse, then you might want to consider this as an alternative. It is similar to the full body cleanse and it does provide excellent results, both weight maintaining and cleansing, but it does it in only ten days. If 20 days is too much time, and it can be challenging sometimes, consider the 10 day full body cleanse express. *
