Menstrual Cycle Formula helped a lot. I missed my periods for 2 months. After taking it for a 1-2 weeks my period came back and regulated itself. After that I was pretty inconsistent with the dosage and that messed up the timing but it still came back eventually. I am going to buy more and be more consistent. This is a good alternative to birth control pills. *

Menstrual Cycle Formula definitely has helped my cramps and I typically have really bad cramps! I didn't take as directed so I could've seen better results however next time on the monthly I will be sure to start taking couple week prior.
