Taste sooo good! and really does help you pass your menses easier. I recommend pairing this with the Menstrual Cycle formula or uterus formula. I also recommend doing the uterus cleanse and paying attention to the foods you eat during your cycle for best results. I notice when I don't take this my cycles are more painful. This is why I need to always have it! *

This products works and definitely met my expectations. My cycle was delayed for 4 months due to stress, my FSH levels being too high and other hormonal related issues. My gynecologist suggested I go on fertility drugs or contraceptives to help balance my hormones. I for one was never too keen on taking unnecessary drugs that will throw my hormones off balance. I read the reviews about this product and was eager to give it a try because I knew this would solve my problems. Within 2-3 weeks of drinking this tea on a daily basis, my menstrual cycle was back on track. I have never been so excited to see my cycle. I bought this for my daughter who was having a lot of issues with irregular periods that would go for a month or more. She does not like taking pills so opted out of the pill female cleanse. Within 3 days of taking this, and the other female-focused teas, her problem stopped. When she went to a gynecologist to find the root of the problem, they said it was hormone-related and drinking these teas regularly would continue to fix it. After having my last child in Dec 2018 my periods were semi normal then I started getting really bad periods June 2019 I bled for 21-25 days off for 5 days then repeat. I became anemic and had low to no energy most days. I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with adenomyosis. I would bleed so bad that I had to take medicine to stop the bleeding but that medicine made me very irritable and messed with me mentally so I was put on depo but I still bled, my Dr told me the only way this could be cured it to get a hysterectomy in which I refused and stopped the depo as well. I was off for 16 days and when I came back on I started drinking the tea again, this period only lasted 7 days and was like a normal period. Omg....YES! My cramps were EXTREMELY mild. I usually have to take Naproxen and am doubled on the floor in pain but with this tea my cycle was heavy for 1 day. Planning to make this part of my menstrual regimen. *

This is one of several products I’ve tried from Dherbs over the past few years, and as always, it met my expectations. I began drinking a cup every night 4-5 days prior to starting my period. The flavor is mild and tastes great with honey and lemon. I start taking this about 5 days prior to the onset of my menstrual cycle. All I can say is PMS free, AND my bleeding is now more lighter red in color.
