I’ve had very heavy periods for a couple of years. I’ve tried 2 different types of birth control (IUD and Nexplanon) but neither gave me relief. This menstrual tea was my last resort before trying birth control pills (which I did not want to do). I am so glad that I went a more natural route instead. Before trying the Menstrual Cycle Tea, i was soiling my scrubs at work due to heavy bleeding during the first 2 days of my period. I passed huge clots as well.
