This tea is highly reccomended during that time of the month. I started taking this tea 4 days before my cycle started and during my cycle and notice a great reduction in cramps and overall headaches, I took 2 tea bags during the morning while at work and 1 before bedtime. I even notice that my cycle was not as heavy as before. I am very quite impressed!!! Usually before my cycle starts I break out with a pimple on top of my forehead, (always in a different spot but still on top of my forehead) that did not happen at all.
