This product (MSM Sulfur) works wonders on aches and pains. I used it while I was pregnant because I suffered from pelvic pain. It is a condition known as Symphysis pubic dysfunction, or SPD which causes excruciating pain and pressure in the pelvic region. This product took away the soreness and pain and it is very safe to use while pregnant. *

It helped boost my energy which was at a zero. I will continue to use it daily and I recommend it to anyone who suffers from having low to zero energy just to complete every day tasks. It also helps when I need to stay focused while doing homework late at night instead of me being sluggish and unable to complete any assignments. *
