I've had problems clearing my throat for a long time. It's gotten worse over the years to where It'd go on for hours, nothing would come up. For me Mucus Formula works great. My mucus was so bad I was gagging while sleeping and during the day, just miserable. Eating 6 max strength mucinex a day. With this mucus supplement taking 6 a day with 2 mucinex I noticed it getting slightly better. Long story short, each week I got better. Week 4 no mucus taking 3 a day and 1 mucinex.
