I truly felt a difference in my body while using The Multi Vits & Minerals everyday. I do think it is a GREAT item for women of my age or any age. I just started taking the vitamins and already I see things changing. I have great energy. I lost some pounds. My face under the eyes are different. Less under eye bags.
